第二张400×600

On September 7, 2023, the new national standard GB/T 20234.1‑2023 Connecting devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles — Part 1: General requirements for new‑energy‑vehicle charging guns was officially released and came into force. Compared with GB/T 20234.1‑2015, GB/T 20234.1‑2023 sets more stringent requirements for charging guns in terms of safety, durability and reliability.

Common Test Standards for Charging Guns

GB/T 20234.1 Connecting devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles — Part 1: General requirements

GB/T 20234.2 Connecting devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles — Part 2: AC charging interfaces

GB/T 20234.3 Connecting devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles — Part 3: DC charging interfaces

GB/T 18487.1 Electric vehicle conductive charging system — Part 1: General requirements

IEC 62196‑1 Plugs, socket‑outlets, vehicle connectors and vehicle inlets — Conductive charging of electric vehicles — Part 1: General requirements

IEC 61851‑1 Electric vehicle conductive charging system — Part 1: General requirements

UL 2251 Electric Vehicle Plugs, Receptacles, and Vehicle Connectors

NTEK Charging Gun Test Items

In compliance with standards including GB/T 20234.1‑2023 and IEC 62196‑1:2022, NTEK has introduced a complete set of charging‑gun test equipment to satisfy testing and certification requirements for AC charging guns. Core test equipment includes vehicle rolling test machine, charging‑interface cable bending tester, charging‑gun mechanical strength test equipment, charging‑gun insertion‑withdrawal endurance tester, resistive‑inductive load cabinet, high‑power power‑supply system, etc.
